Je draagt de spanning van het systeem \u2014 zichtbaar of niet, gewild of niet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Does this sound familiar?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ik functioneer goed. Ik lever wat er van mij gevraagd wordt. Maar ik merk dat ik steeds meer draag, steeds minder terugkrijg, en steeds moeilijker kan aangeven waar mijn grens ligt. Ik weet niet meer goed of ik nog keuzes maak of dat ik alleen nog reageer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ik zie wat er in de organisatie speelt. Ik weet wat er gezegd moet worden. Maar ik zeg het niet, of niet op de manier die nodig is. Ik weet ook niet precies waarom. Iets houdt me tegen \u2014 loyaliteit, voorzichtigheid, de relatie, het moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ik gebruik AI steeds meer in mijn werk. Het helpt, maar het ongerust ook. Ik vraag me af wat mijn eigen oordeel nog waard is als systemen meedenken, meeschrijven en mee adviseren. Wie bestuurt, leidt of eindverantwoordelijkheid draagt, is nooit alleen zichzelf. Je bent drager van spanning, symbool van richting, spiegel voor anderen en soms bliksemafleider. Wat jij doet \u2014 en laat \u2014 werkt door in de cultuur van de organisatie. Toch is de ruimte om daarover eerlijk te spreken uitzonderlijk klein. Er is niemand op gelijk niveau die het begrijpt. Er is geen veilige plek om te twijfelen. Er is een verwachting van helderheid en beslistheid die soms haaks staat op wat je werkelijk ervaart. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In executive counseling werk ik met dat spanningsveld. Niet als therapie, niet als coaching in de traditionele zin, maar als een serieus professioneel gesprek over wat jouw rol van je vraagt, wat dat met je doet, en wat je nodig hebt om het goed te blijven doen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column has-base-background-color has-background is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>We kijken naar de patronen die zich herhalen onder druk: de neiging om alles zelf te dragen, om conflict te vermijden, om harder te werken als grenzen ontbreken. We onderzoeken loyaliteiten en onuitgesproken contracten: aan wie ben je trouw, wat probeer je te beschermen, wat durf je nog niet los te laten. En we vertalen dat naar concreet handelen: welke gesprekken moeten gevoerd worden, welke grenzen gesteld, welke besluiten gedragen \u2014 en welke woorden horen daarbij. Het doel is niet introspectie om de introspectie. Niet als karakteranalyse, maar als professioneel vraagstuk: wat doet deze context met jou, en wat vraagt jouw rol nu van je?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Systemic<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Persoonlijk functioneren is altijd verbonden aan positie, mandaat en organisatiecontext. Ik kijk niet alleen naar de persoon, maar ook naar de plek: wat wordt er van jou verwacht, wat mag je niet zeggen, wat wordt er stilzwijgend van je gevraagd dat nooit hardop is uitgesproken?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column has-mono-4-background-color has-background is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Human-AI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AI maakt veel gemakkelijker, maar kan ook verdoven. Wanneer systemen meedenken, is het verleidelijk om oordeel te verplaatsen naar het model, of om je eigen waarneming te wantrouwen als de data iets anders suggereert.
