As a director, HRM manager and senior HR advisor, I know from experience how challenging daily practice can be — where we sometimes act hastily, chasing short-term goals without sufficient awareness of context. I see it as my role to ensure that processes unfold in a way that leads to thoughtful decision-making, balanced consideration of interests, and outcomes that people can truly support.

This could relate to individual HR cases, such as labor relations, or broader policy issues concerning recruitment, internal mobility, outflow or employment conditions that apply across the entire organization.

My experience spans both private and public sectors, from SMEs to large corporations.

With a legal background and a broad range of work experience across various sectors and roles, I bring multiple perspectives and the flexibility to act effectively in diverse contexts and situations.
